COMPULSORY SECONDARY EDUCATION

Length: 4 academic courses.

30 hours per week.

Once the CSE is completed, the Compulsory Secondary Education Certificate is gained, which allows to access to the Higher Secondary Education or to the Medium Professional Training Cycles.

HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION

Length: 2 academic courses

30 hours per week

The Higher Secondary Education Certificate allows the access into the university (once the student has passed the PAU exam) or into Higher Professional Training Cycles.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING CYCLES

Length: 2 academic courses

Professional Training Cycles are the studies that prepare to the exercise of an specific profession. They can be at a medium or higher level, and they are grouped in professional fields with a varied length.

With the attainment of a medium professional training cycle , the technical qualification is obtained, and with the attainment of a higher professional training cycle, the superior technical qualification is obtained.

Higher Professional Training Cycles

Our students of the Higher Professional Training Cycles have the chance to have their professional training period in European companies through the Erasmus + scholarship. These are the Higher Professional Training Cycles present in the centre:

Web Application Development (LOE. 2 COURSES)

COURSE TO ACCESS INTO THE MEDIUM PROFESSIONAL TRAINING CYCLES

The minimum length of the course is 600 hours.

Once the course is completed, its students have a direct access into the initial Medium Professional Training Cycles; in case of professional studies in art and design, the course lets an exemption from the common part of the accessing test; and, in case of sporting studies, the course lets an exemption of the general accessing test.

The course subjects are grouped in three areas: communication area (CA), social area (SA), and scientific and technological area (STA).

This course can be accessed by people without possession of the CSE (Compulsory Secondary Education) Certificate or an academic equivalent degree, and by those who are turning, at least, 17 years old in the year of enrollment.

COURSE TO ACCESS INTO HIGHER PROFESSIONAL TRAINING CYCLES

The minimum length of the course is 700 hours.

Once this course is completed, its students can have a direct access into the initial Higher Professional Training Cycles, in case of professional studies in art and design, the course lets an exemption from the common part of the accessing test; and, in case of sporting studies, the course lets an exemption of the general accessing test.

The course is organized in a common and an specific part. In the specific part, one of these four options must be chosen (scientific and technological, humanistic, artistic, and sporting), which is decisive in view of the following professional training studies desired to access.

In order to access into this course, the student must be in possession of an initial Medium Professional Training Certificate, a Plastic Arts Certificate, or a Sporting Certificate.

TRAINING AND INSERTION PROGRAMMES

The training and insertion programmes are aimed at over 16 year old youngsters or at those turning 16 during the starting programme year lacking the CSE (Compulsory Secondary Education) Certificate. The goal is to provide a basic and professional training to the youngster, which will let him or her a successful social and labour insertion, as well as their training continuation.
